1. Services Overview

SealWitness provides professional notarization and witnessing of documents by commissioned officers. 2. Information Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and instructional materials related to our services. These items are delivered in electronic format immediately upon purchase.

3. Physical Goods

SealWitness supplies branded seals, stamps, and related accessories. All physical items are shipped from our Ottawa location. Shipping times may vary based on destination.

4. Reimbursement Policy

We apply specific reimbursement terms depending on the type of offering. Please review the relevant section below.

4.1 Notarization and Witness Services

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for full reimbursement of the service fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for reimbursement, as officer assignments and scheduling arrangements are finalized at that time. You may reschedule an appointment once without additional charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Reimbursements are processed via the original method of payment within ten business days following confirmation of cancellation.

4.2 Information Products

Digital materials are provided in electronic form immediately upon purchase. If you request a reimbursement within seven days of purchase and confirm that less than 20 percent of the material has been accessed, we will process a full reimbursement. Requests must be submitted via our Contact Form. All approved reimbursements are processed within ten business days to the original method of payment. No reimbursements are available after the seven-day period or once the access threshold is exceeded.

4.3 Physical Goods

Customers may ship back unopened items within thirty days of shipment receipt to qualify for reimbursement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a reimbursement to the original method of payment within fifteen business days. Opened or used items are not eligible for reimbursement due to hygiene and safety considerations. interactions may be arranged via our Contact Form under the same timeframe.

5. Rescheduling Policy

For appointments related to notarization and witness services, you may reschedule once at no extra charge with at least 24 hours notice. Additional changes or last-minute requests may incur a fee.
